摘要: Abstract The present paper aims to apply the concept of energy pumping for noise reduction at propagation and reception paths. This phenomenon consists in irreversible transfer from a linear primary system nonlinear sink, where is finally dissipated. In this study, we turn loudspeaker an electroacoustic absorber by connecting its transducers terminals passive shunt circuit playing role absorber. equivalent model structure describing displacement loudspeaker, linearly coupled cubic sink. For case 1:1 resonance, Invariant manifold approach applied different time scales. It enables detection slow invariant equilibrium fold singularities fast scales respectively. methodology provides predictive tool allowing design sink better control main system. analytical numerical results show that managed expand frequency band controlled
