摘要: Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a fatal lung disease characterized by interstitial remodeling, leading to compromised function. Extra vascular fibrin deposition and abnormalities in the fibrinolysis are major clinical manifestations of diseases such as acute injury (ALI) its most severe form, respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ALI progresses (PF) makes patient's life miserable. Anti-fibrinolysis apoptosis involved progression PF. Apoptotic markers detectable within IPF tissue senescent cell deletion can rejuvenate health. Enhanced expression p53 due DNA damage seen irradiated tissue. The role fibrinolytic components Urokinase Plasminogen activator (uPA), uPA receptor (uPAR) inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) has been detailed I. Curcumin known possess anti-inflammatory anti-fibrotic effects. Radioprotective effect curcumin enables it attenuate radiation-induced inflammation fibrosis. Understanding mechanism radioprotective PF lead development an effective therapeutic combat
