摘要: A variety of methods are available to measure preferences for temporary health states cost-utility analyses. The objectives this review were summarize the health-state valuation methods, identify advantages and disadvantages each, areas future research. We describe key aspects each method in terms consistency with QALY theory, relevance health-state-specific domains, ease use, time preference, performance validation studies. Two broad categories identified: traditional adapted. Traditional status instruments, trade-off (TTO), standard gamble (SG). Methods adapted specifically TTO specified duration state, a lifespan modification, waiting trade-off, chained approaches SG, sleep trade-off. Advantages vary by no 'gold standard' emerged. Selection value will depend on relative importance following considerations: ability accurately capture unique characteristics level respondent burden cognition, theoretical elicited preference values overall purpose study, resources study development data collection. Further research should focus evaluating validity, reliability feasibility methods.
