摘要: We have used DNA sequence polymorphism analysis to document engraftment after T cell-depleted bone marrow transplantation (BMT), with a selected panel of four probes. In contrast nondepleted BMT recipients, the patients who received exhibited mixed blood chimerism. This mosaicism was observed before graft failure or relapse in six patients. However, five other patients, this chimerism not followed by these complications follow-up 9 31 months transplantation. Our results support hypothesis that transplanted cells may help maintain eliminating host can cause failure.
