摘要: Using red cell phenotyping, cytogenetic analysis of blood lymphocytes, chromosome studies bone marrow cells, and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) peripheral we demonstrated a high number mixed chimeras after allogeneic transplantation (BMT). Donor from HLA-A, -B, -DR identical, lymphocyte culture (MLC) nonreactive siblings was depleted 98% lymphocytes using counterflow centrifugation. Thirty-two 48 recipients (67%) appeared to be at 6 months transplantation. The is probably result depletion the graft sensitivity phenotyping for demonstration minor populations (at levels as low 0.01%). probability relapse-free survival 4 years BMT 85% 65% complete donor chimeras. We conclude that in this study, chimerism not associated with higher incidence relapse.
