摘要: Identification of specific genetic alterations associated with tumor initiation and progression offers a unique opportunity to develop nucleic acid based assays for cancer detection. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) provides highly sensitive technique the detection these changes in limited amount tissue. Recent findings circulating acids plasma serum from patients variety malignancies provide minimally invasive approach that may prove clinically useful screening, diagnosis, subclinical disease surveillance, monitoring response therapy.
