摘要: We present a case of 47 year-old African American female with 15 pack-years tobacco use and heavy alcohol who presented arthritis was found to have positive antinuclear antibodies (ANA), anti double stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA), anti-Sjogren’s syndrome-related antigen A B (anti-SSA anti-SSB). She subsequently lung adenocarcinoma associated hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy (HPO). This demonstrates in patient adenocarcinoma, which can be falsely diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus.
