摘要: Influence of aluminum on mineralization during matrix–induced bone development. A model de novo employing endochrondral formation in rats was used to study the short–term effects deposition calcium and phosphate vivo. In experiments where systemic concentrations were elevated, cellular processes associated with development appeared be normal, if somewhat delayed, however precipitation mineral phase prevented. This suggests a primary direct physical chemical effect vivo calcification, as suggested by vitro studies which demonstrate that is potent inhibitor precipitation. Aluminum salts implanted locally matrix toxic leading chondrogenesis osteogenesis.
