摘要: Ionomeric (glass polyalkenoate) implants are synthetic materials which can be used for repairing bone defects. It has been suggested that ions leached from these during healing and they influence cellular activity in the surrounding tissues. Morphological, immunohistochemical microanalytical techniques were to compare osteogenic capacity of eluted aluminium with did not elute ions. The extracellular matrix molecules fibronectin tenascin located upon surface both implanted materials. Thick seams lamellar apposed containing labile ions, but was poorly mineralized. At same time, transient increases apparent osteoblast on periosteal endosteal surfaces chondrocyte growth plate articular cartilages. In contrast, small amounts mineralized substituted (without aluminium) cartilages remained normal thickness morphology. These results suggest exchanged amount quality implant. They also effect depends their concentration state differentiation cells.
