摘要: Anaerobic microorganisms in municipal solid waste samples from laboratory-scale landfill reactors and a pilot-plant biogas digestor were investigated with the aim of assessing their ability to transform four commercially used phthalic acid esters (PAEs) (PA). The PAEs studied diethyl phthalate (DEP), butylbenzyl (BBP), dibutyl (DBP) bis(2-ethylhexyl) (DEHP). No biological transformation DEHP could be detected any experiments. Together simulated landfilling conditions, (except DEHP) hydrolytically transformed corresponding monoesters. These accumulated as end products, most cases they not further degraded. During incubation digestor, completely degraded methane carbon dioxide. influence development phase on transformations was utilizing PA DEP model substances. We found that during both intense stable methanogenic (but acidogenic) phases, microoganisms had potential PA. A shorter lag observed for compared earlier phases. This indicates an increased capacity degrade aging phases landfills. enhancement conditions changed over year's time. results indicate developing environment have substantially lower those reactor.
