摘要: This paper presents a female, benign intramedullary cyst case aged 66-year-old. During the operation, it was found that cystic wall very thin, and fluid colorless transparent. The lesion with capsule removed partially. Surprisingly, there no epithelial lining on wall. It is rare different from cysts reported in literature.
