摘要: The forkhead transcription factor Foxp3 is essential for differentiation and activation of regulatory T cells (Tregs), used to be regarded as specific Tregs. In recent years, expression in tumor (cancer cell-derived Foxp3) has gained great interest, but its function molecular mechanisms remain incompletely understood. the present study, we detected dynamic nuclear translocation TSCC using immunofluorescent staining. Then performed a genome-wide analysis combination ChIP-on-chip whole-genome microarray assays. We also compared biding sites with known binding human Tregs show differences transcriptional regulation profile. Results indicate that distinct biological functions Cancer directly regulates genes affect certain internal processes cells, indirectly influences extracellular microenvironment. This study reveals relationship between direct indirect targets provide basis cancer function.
