摘要: Nonmelanoma skin cancer, consisting of squamous and basal cell carcinoma, is the most common malignancy in United States. The risk factor exposure to ultraviolet radiation; however, these malignancies have also developed at sites industrial agents, ionizing radiation, areas chronic inflammation. This case details an 85-year-old white male who presented with a carcinoma that proximate subcutaneous metallic foreign body. lesion was successfully excised negative margins.
