摘要: Throughout its short history, there have been many attempts to define the concept of Business English. One definitions states that English is for purposes effective communication in business a variety specific contexts. In sense, it not easy distinguish whether belongs field studies or language learning. As are numerous factors influencing BE, important between two main categories- aptitude and attitude. The authors here present four most attitudinal learning: self-esteem, motivation, inhibition, anxiety. They can be divided into those which inspire positive attitude towards learning (self-esteem motivation) negative effect on very process ( inhibition anxiety). Therefore, individuals with strong motivation self-esteem ascribe their achievement great effort and, simultaneously attribute  failure lack effort, believing what determines result. On other hand, anxiety give up tasks more easily make little they associated final this respect, claimed teachers responsible developing students’ For reason, design different strategies order achieve atmosphere encouragement. even emphasized as opportunity practice acquired knowledge enhance overall performance immediately available.
