摘要: Objectives: Patients with inherited bleeding disorders are at high risk of following oral surgery and present challenges to the surgeons. Aim this study was report our experience in dental extraction patients exhibiting Haemophilia A B between 2007 2012. Patient Methods: 58 extractions 15 during 19 interventions were performed. Replacement therapy recombinant plasma-derived factor VIII IX applied systematically combination antifibrinolytic treatment local haemostatic measures. The data recorded: type surgery, measures, general substitution, systemic agents occurrence post operative complications. Results: Two presented postoperative bleeding. One had secondary requiring additional injection concentrates. other one epistaxis which managed conservatively a nasal tamponade. Conclusions: Excellent haemostasis is achievable after by protocol using defined pre- doses concentrates
