摘要: Proteins contained in microbial cells, for example, cells of petroleum-assimilable yeast, are separated and purified by extracting proteins from treating the resulting extract solution with a cation exchanger, said exchanger containing adsorbed volatile basic substance presence water thereby to desorb or elute proteins, removing dissolved eluate evaporation, then concentrating obtain proteins.
