Fluidized bed separation and recovery of proteins from fluids in a rotary column

摘要: Disclosed is a method for separating and recovering very small amounts of biologically active proteins (such as enzymes, antigens antibodies) present in various fluids, with high recovery on large scale, which fluid containing desired protein introduced into rotary column through orifices therein brought contact gel carrier capable selectively adsorbing the protein, while being gentle fluidized liquid by motion successively wash water eluting fluid, so that column, after displaced, having adsorbed thereon washed recovered therefrom elution fluidized.
