摘要: We investigate the photon statistics, entanglement, and squeezing of a p-n junction sandwiched between two superconducting leads show that such an electrically driven pump generates correlated entangled pairs photons. In particular, we demonstrate fluctuations in quadrature amplitudes emitted light can be manipulated by changing relative phase order parameters superconductors. This reveals how macroscopic coherence state used to tailor properties two-photon state.
