摘要: Currently, superconducting qubits lead the way in potential candidates for quantum computing. At same time, transferring information over long distances typically relies on use of photons as elementary qubit. Converting between stationary electronic systems and traveling photonic is a challenging yet necessary goal interface computing communication. One promising path to achieving this appears be integration superconductivity with optically active semiconductors, being transferred two by means proximity effect. Obtaining good interfaces superconductors semiconductors next obvious step improving these hybrid systems. Here, we report our observation 2.3 μm diameter self-assembled indium structure grown epitaxially surface semiconductor material.
