摘要: The present study evaluated the efficacy of chemotherapy combined with targeted arterial infusion verapamil in patients advanced gastric cancer. Forty were enrolled. Targeted was done once a month, 3–5 times per patient, along chemotherapy. After 2 bouts treatment, evaluated. Primary tumor confirmed 38/40 patients, and unconfirmed 2/40 due to adhesion tumors surrounding tissue. Combined treatment administered 38 defined tumors. Complete response 5/38 (13.1 %) partial 27/38 (71.1 stable disease 4/38 (10.5 progressive 2/38 (5.26 patients. effective rate (i.e., complete + response) comprised 84.2 %. There 31 liver metastases; 10/31 (32.3 showed response, 16/31 (51.6 3/31 (9.7 had disease, 2/31 (6.5 disease. these 83.8 Thirty-seven followed up, 27/37 (73.0 alive for 6 months or longer, 19/37 (51.3 12 months, 8 (35.1 18 8/37 (21.6 24 months. In conclusion, cancer, is more when verapamil, leading extended patients’ survival improved quality life.
