摘要: Biologically-active material, particularly hybridoma cells, is immobilized for mass culture in bioreactors to produce biological products, monoclonal antibodies, by ionically-interacting polycationic groups on chitosan with polyanionic a water-soluble polymer. Preferably, the acetate and polymer sodium alginate. In one embodiment, droplets of suspension biologically-active material are gelled forming calcium salt form temporary capsules, sequestering agent ions added effect ionotropic gelation semi-permeable membrane around each capsule. another porous beads formed exposing biologically active an aqueous solution multiple cations. further resulting extruded into multi-valent anions fibrous mass.
