Sequential extraction of mass spectra and chromatographic profiles from overlapping gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy signals.

摘要: For resolution of multicomponent overlapping GC/MS signals, a window independent component analysis (WICA) is proposed. In WICA, the information, i.e., existing interval along retention time, each obtained. Then, with data in selective (non-overlapping) window, mass spectrum first extracted by using (ICA), and ions, chromatographic profile calculated. With subtraction information from matrix, next can be this way, sequentially time. Due to usage limitation ICA analytical signals overcome. Two experimental are analyzed proposed WICA. Results show that both spectra profiles components signal accurately extracted.
