摘要: Abstract A method has been developed and validated for the quantitation of midazolam, alphahydroxy-midazolam, omeprazole, hydroxyomeprazole from one 250 μL sample human plasma using high performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry. The was a daily working range 0.400–100 ng/mL, with limits detection between 2 15 pg/mL. inter-assay variation less than 15% all analytes at four control concentrations samples were stable three freeze–thaw cycles under analysis conditions 24 h in post-preparative matrix. This used analyze support clinical studies probing activity cytochrome P-450 enzyme system.
