摘要: Serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SRIs) are now considered the first-line treatment for depression, but they have not been well studied in bipolar disorder. Recently, some authors recommended that patients at risk antidepressant-induced mania be treated with SRIs rather than tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs). Clinical information about 11 who developed during is described. These were found to personal or family histories of hypomania mania, these disorders usually recognized time patients' initial depression. The SRI-induced manic episodes also quite severe, having psychotic features requiring secluded extreme agitation, responded completely antimanic treatment. treatment-emergent trivial, especially among Additional research needed compare actual rate drug-induced and TCAs different subtypes, while controlling concurrent drug use.
