摘要: Corynebacterium glutamicum (C. glutamicum) is a favorable host cell for the production of recombinant proteins, such as important enzymes and pharmaceutical due to its excellent potential advantages. Herein, we sought systematically explore influence protein expression on transcription metabolism C. glutamicum. Two strains, wild-type strain an engineered expressing enhanced green fluorescent (EGFP), were cultured in parallel 5-L bioreactors study change process EGFP expression. The results revealed that had great effects growth contributed metabolism-like anaerobic conditions follows: glycolysis was enhanced, TCA cycle shunted, Glu, Val, Met, lactate acetate accumulated produce sufficient ATP transfer. Many differentially expressed genes related ribosomal protein, transcriptional regulators, energy found be presence EGFP, laying foundation identifying genomic loci flow improve ability foreign proteins
