摘要: Abstract The surface spin reorientation of NiO(0 0 1) at the ferromagnetic (FM) and antiferromagnetic (AFM) interface Fe/NiO(0 0 1) was studied by using photoemission electron microscope (PEEM) linearly polarized X-rays. spins in special domains (T 13 , T 23 ) bare are found 1.9° inclining to in-plane than bulk orientation, which is explained relaxation effect. As Fe deposition, AFM observed PEEM images become stronger s-polarization, while they weaker p-polarization. intensity change can be canting due exchange interaction with adjacent spins. Comparing experimental ratio between s- p-polarization ( I s / p as deposition calculated angle, estimated about 6.0° but not completely 7.5 ML deposition. Moreover, sudden drop suggests a order transition or magnetizing vibration film around 2 ML thickness. Selecting proper incident light angles, orientations all possible study.
