摘要: Three dimensional spin configuration in an exchange coupled Fe/NiO(100) system is investigated using a combination of photoemission electron microscopy and magnetic linear- circular dichroism spectroscopy the soft-x-ray range. By comparing experimental image contrasts with cluster model calculation including crystal symmetry, we have successfully determined bulk antiferromagnetic NiO substrate. The easy axes outermost ferromagnetic Fe film interface corresponding to three kinds substrate been assigned. We also observe that field amplitude required for magnetization reversal depends on these initial directions. These findings are strongly related mechanism bias phenomena.
