摘要: An automated screening method was developed for enzymatic transformations using a robotic system and rapid chiral supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) analysis with run time of 1.5 min. The accelerates the enzyme selection process biocatalysts, where large number enzymes are evaluated activity enantioselectivity. Kinetic resolution secondary alcohols by transesterification used as prototype development. can be effectively optimizing reaction conditions in biocatalysis.
