摘要: Physicochemical properties of nanoparticles, such as size, shape, surface charge, density, and porosity play a central role in biological interactions hence accurate determination these characteristics is utmost importance. Here we propose tunable resistive pulse sensing for simultaneous size charge measurements on particle-by-particle basis, enabling the analysis wide spectrum nanoparticles their mixtures. Existing methodologies measuring zeta potential using are significantly improved by including convection into theoretical model. The efficacy this methodology demonstrated range case studies, mixed anionic, cationic liposomes, extracellular vesicles plasma, situ time study DNA immobilisation magnetic nanoparticles. high-resolution single particle characterisation will provide better understanding nano-bio interactions, positively impacting nanomedicine development regulatory approval.
