摘要: Osteosarcoma cell lines are differently lysed by natural killer (NK) lymphocytes. A critical step in the lytic process is recognition and attachment of effector to target cells. To determine binding capacity activity NK cells, we investigated distribution role ICAM-1, 2 3 on two osteosarcoma (HOS Saos-2) basal conditions after TNFalpha treatment.
