摘要: Natural killer (NK) cells are lymphocytes of the innate immune system that have ability to recognize malignant through detection a variety cell-surface indicators stress and danger. Once activated such recognition, NK release cytokines induce target cell lysis mechanisms. increasingly recognized as important mediators other immunotherapeutic modalities, including cytokines, antibodies, immunomodulators, stem transplantation. Adoptive immunotherapies with being tested in early-stage clinical trials, recent advances manipulating their number function caused renewed emphasis on this cancer-fighting cell. In chapter we address evidence for recognition osteosarcoma vitro vivo, discuss new therapies directly or indirectly dependent function, describe potential approaches enhance therapy against osteosarcoma.
