摘要: Introduction: There is considerable evidence that psychosocial factors contribute to the etiology and prognosis of cardiac illness. Currently, in Italy, psychologists are only obligatory rehabilitation setting, although there indications patients could be experiencing distress also during other moments hospitalization, such as on admission for surgery. Objective Methods: The objective this protocol gain more information about patients, specifically various hospitalization surgery, by collecting data at before surgery (t0), (t1), discharge (t2) Istituto di Ricovero e Cura a Carattere Scientifico (IRCCS) Policlinico San Donato hospital. A questionnaire was constructed after consulting relevant national international guidelines. Patients admitted attending program will evaluated acquiring their civil status, religiosity, education work capacity, social condition (including presence quality intimate relationships support received), previous psychological psychiatric histories, lifestyle questions nutrition, smoking, alcohol, substance abuse), adherence therapy, life (QoL), health perception, anxiety, depression t0. Health measured t1 t2. Discussion Conclusion: This study an attempt identify recommended variables which need monitored patients' through completion rehabilitation. After implementing IRCCS Donato, attempts made create studies level generate regarding these variables, order tailor-made interventions specific delicate moments.
