Probes based on diketopyrrolopyrrole and anthracenone conjugates with aggregation-induced emission characteristics for pH and BSA sensing

摘要: Abstract Two new diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)-based compounds were synthesized and their fluorescence properties investigated. DPP1 containing two diethylamino groups possess a typical aggregation-induced emission (AIE) property. Namely, when fraction of water (fw, by volume) reaches 90%, the intensity is 13.7 times higher than that in THF. Owing to AIE effect chemical reactivity group towards H+ ions, starts aggregate at basic conditions (pH = 10.59). At pH 12.36, 6.67-fold compared 2.53, which indicates can work as fluorescent sensor. On other hand, DPP2 an ammonium-salt compound has no phenomenon solution, but shows enhancement solid state increasing viscosity system. interact strongly with BSA amplify its 7.65-fold presence 100 μM BSA.
