摘要: A method and structure for supply gating low power electronic components uses threshold transistors. The operate at voltages of less than one volt typically in the range 150 to 400 millivolts. Using transistors, leakage current devices, therefore standby dissipation, can be minimized by using any one, or a combination of, four methods including: overdriving transistors on; off; combining very device with transistors; providing back bias.
