摘要: Nowadays, efficiency improvement of solar cells is one the most important issues in photovoltaic systems and CdTe promising thin film materials we can found. reported efficiencies energy conversion have been as good that found polycrystalline Si cell [1], besides be easily produced at industrial scale.
