Histological examination mixed with yolk sac component rare Schiller-Duval bodies teratomatous comprised primarily neural differentiation. The metastases were solely component. diffusely immunopositive cytokeratin scattered cells reactive α-fetoprotein placental alkaline phosphatase. Within component, neuropil S100, neuron-specific enolase, neurofilaments few glial fibrillary acidic protein cells. Ovarian may be pure consist only 1 element or include more than element, such as teratoma tumor.
