摘要: Urine and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) are two important biofluids used for disease biomarker discovery. For differential proteomic analysis, it is essential to evaluate individual gender variations. In this study, we characterized urinary CSF proteomes of 14 healthy volunteers with regard variations using 2DLC-MS/MS analysis 8-plex iTRAQ quantification. A total 968/512 urinary/CSF proteins were identified, 406/280 quantified in all individuals. The median inter-individual coefficients variation (CVs) 0.262 0.183 proteomes, respectively. Cluster showed that male female exhibited different patterns, though proteome no remarkable differences. comparison proteome, higher variation. Further revealed was not correlated protein abundance. minimum sample size a 2-fold change 10 (4/5 males/females quantification) or 8 proteome. Intracellular leaked from exfoliative cells tended have CVs, extracellular secreted tract originating plasma lower CVs. above results might be beneficial
