摘要: The choice of the postoperative orthosis has always reflected surgeon’s perceptions strengths and limitations surgical construct. Before development instrumentation systems, early spinal surgeons focused on creating a procedure that would consistently result in fusion. They worked out techniques modified biology site to achieve their desired ends. These required an not only obtain alignment but maintain it while fusion took place.
