摘要: Raman spectroscopy has long been used for the chemical analysis of organic matter, including natural products, using excitation wavelengths in visible, infrared, or ultraviolet portions spectrum. The use resonance (UVRR) to study bulk samples plant tissue typically carried out by rotating homogeneous macro-samples beneath laser beam order minimize amount UV radiation impinging on any one spot, thereby avoiding its potentially damaging effects matter analyzed. This paper extends UVRR a microscopic scale individual cell walls controlled micro-displacement sample.
