摘要: Hyperspectral Raman imaging was used to study the tissue/cell type specific distribution of lignin and cellulose polymers within plant cell walls. Distinct differences in wall compositions were identified between two potential bioenergy feedstocks: corn stover Eucalyptus globulus. Characteristic bands 627, 1,175, 1,206, 1,428 cm only observed for 1,381 present E. One-dimensional two-dimensional chemical maps generated stem stover, ranging from epidermis pith area revealed that abundance varies significantly among different types following order: sclerenchyma cells tracheids (~5 times) > epidermal (~3 bundle sheath parenchyma cells. The mapping methods developed on also validated globulus clearly highlighted their difference composition.
