摘要: Endophytic fungi colonize the interior of plant tissues and organs, establishing an intimate mutualistic association with no visible symptoms. The may help protect against herbivores pathogens, making them potentially useful endophytes in biological control diseases agricultural pests. biotechnological interest these organisms has stimulated research related to bioprospecting endophytic fungi. Grapevine is among oldest plants cultivated by man, grape being one most highly consumed fruits world. Diseases cause significant damage cultures, their integrated important reduce use pesticides and, consequently, environmental human contamination. rustic species Vitis labrusca L. (Vitaceae), used preparation juices wines, resistant fungal diseases. We isolated leaf Bordo Concord cultivars (V. L.), which were ordered into 68 62 morpho-groups cultivars, respectively. scanning electron microscopy confirm presence leaves. diversity was analyzed based on sequencing ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 region rDNA, allowing identification belonging genera including Cochliobolus, Bipolaris, Fusarium, Alternaria, Diaporthe, Phoma Phomopsis. Phylogenetic analysis confirmed identity endophytes. potential tested vitro for pathogenic grapevines Alternaria sp., Sphaceloma sp. Glomerella Inhibition percentages above 50 % as demonstrated some isolates demonstrate control.
