摘要: Interstitial lung diseases (ILDs), a diverse group of diffuse diseases, mainly affect the parenchyma. The low-throughput ‘omics’ technologies (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) and relative drug information have begun to reshaped our understanding ILDs, whereas, these data are scattered among massive references difficult be fully exploited. Therefore, we manually mined summarized at database (ILDGDB, http://ildgdb.org/ ) will continue update it in future. current version ILDGDB incorporates 2018 entries representing 20 ILDs over 600 genes obtained from 3000 articles four species. Each entry contains detailed information, including species, disease type, description gene (e.g. official symbol gene), original reference etc. is free, provides user-friendly web page. Users can easily search for interest, view their expression pattern manage sets submit novel ILDs-gene association. main principle behind ILDGDB’s design provide an exploratory platform, with minimum filtering interpretation, while making presentation very accessible, which great help researchers decipher mechanisms improve prevention, diagnosis therapy ILDs.
