摘要: Several lines of evidence have suggested that the metabotropic glutamate receptor 3 (GRM3) gene is a candidate susceptibility for schizophrenia. To our knowledge, six studies investigated genetic association between GRM3 and schizophrenia, although results been quite controversial. In present study, we schizophrenia in 402 Japanese people by analyzing 10 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), including all SNPs showed significant previous studies. We observed no difference allelic frequencies or genotypic distributions controls patients. A permutation test global differences estimated haplotype Thus, study provides positive an population.
