摘要: Abstract An untargeted metabolomics study has been carried out using plasma samples from patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment due to Alzheimer's disease (MCI-AD, n = 29) and healthy people (n = 29)). They have classified following the National Institute on Aging Association (NIA-AA) recommendations cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers. The analytical method was based liquid chromatography coupled high resolution mass spectrometry. data process corresponding metabolic profiles retained 1158 molecular features in positive 424 negative ionization mode. Differences between metabolomic MCI-AD participants were investigated a penalized logistic regression analysis (ElasticNet), being able select automatically most informative variables (53 features). From selected for elastic net models, 16 preliminarily identified by Human Metabolome Database (amino acids, lipids…). However, only 4 of these tentatively MS/MS all ions fragmentation modes, choline confirmed metabolite. Regarding their pathways, they could be involved cholinergic system, energy metabolism, amino acids lipids pathways. To conclude, this is reliable approach early AD mechanisms, as promising diagnosis Significance human individuals, use sophisticated statistical tools, some pathways Preliminarily, aminoacids may development.
