摘要: We study the case of a bright (L>L*) barred spiral galaxy from rich cluster A3558 in Shapley supercluster core (z=0.05) undergoing ram-pressure stripping. Integral-field spectroscopy, complemented by multi-band imaging, allows us to reveal impact ram pressure on interstellar medium. detail kinematics and physical conditions ionized gas properties stellar populations. observe one-sided extraplanar along full extent disc. Narrow-band Halpha imaging resolves this outflow into complex knots filaments. The velocity field is with showing signature rotation. In all parts galaxy, we find significant contribution shock excitation, as well emission powered star formation. Shock-ionized associated turbulent highly attenuated dust. All these findings cover whole phenomenology early-stage Intense, obscured formation taking place nucleus, probably related bar, region 12 kpc South-West centre. SW identify starburst characterized 5x increase star-formation rate over last ~100 Myr, possibly compression pressure. scenario suggested observations supported refined ad hoc N-body/hydrodynamical simulations which rather narrow temporal range for onset stripping around t~60 Myr ago, an angle between rotation axis intra-cluster medium wind ~45 deg. Taking account that found ~1 Mpc centre relatively low-density region, shows still acts efficiently massive galaxies outside cores.
