摘要: So far the most effective arm of immune response against both virus- and non-virus-induced tumours is T-cell immunity (reviewed in [1–4]). The principles virus-induced are same as those viruses general. Small immunogenic peptides, processed from viral proteins presented, bound to MHC class I or II molecules at surface tumour cells associated antigen presenting CD8 cytotoxic T (Tc) CD4+ helper (TH) cells, respectively. Recent studies indicate that experimental animals human beings can also evoke responses non-mutated gene products. These [5,6] may have similar protective therapeutic potential cell tumours.
