摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence human papillomavirus (HPV) in a women population living within state Amazonas, Brazil, and viral genotypes found. included 361 sexually active over 18 years age. We performed Pap test molecular diagnosis for HPV DNA using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). amplicons obtained were sequenced automatic sequencer genotyping. presence found 29.1% (105) women.
