摘要: The oxytocin and prolactin responses to suckling were measured in 10 women early (n = 5) established lactation 5). Oxytocin was released a pulsatile manner during all women, but the response not related milk volume, response, or parity of mother. In plasma concentrations increased three minutes before began. five this occurred baby crying, it coincided with becoming restless expectation feed, while two corresponded mother preparing for feed. There no stimuli other than stimulation nipple associated suckling. These results clearly indicate that ejection reflex, release oxytocin, occurs most tactile stimulus A second follows itself. Thus is important care taken protect breast feeding mothers from stress only also immediately nursing, when conditioned releases will occur.
