摘要: The chemotactic activity of normal human polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) confronted with heat inactivated sera from patients psoriasis as well various chronic proliferative diseases was determined using modified Boyden chambers. By the addition phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) at a concentration 1ng/ml chemoattractant activities were greatly potentiated. However, migration PMNs strongly inhibited by long standing and wide spread psoriasis, pyoderma gangrenosum, severe acne conglobata, Sweet syndrome, some arthritis following rheumatoid fever. In acute guttate atopic dermatitis increased migratory seen. inhibition chemotaxis correlated serum IgA levels radial immuno diffusion. Column chromatography (Sephacryl S-300) revealed fractions strong inhibitory potency molecular weight near 200,000 Dalton. These seen in neutrophil related could not be detected control sera. It appears that PMN is secondary phenomenon may play an autoregulatory role inflammation.
