摘要: Ureaplasma urealyticum and U. parvum have been associated with respiratory diseases in premature newborns, but their role the pathogenesis of distress syndrome (RDS) is unclear. The aim this study was to detect, using molecular techniques, Mycoplasma spp. secretion blood specimens preterm newborns or without RDS evaluate prevalence perinatal infection. influence chemotherapy on clinical course also evaluated. Tracheal aspirate nasopharingeal fluid samples from 50 babies (24) (26) were analysed for detection by culture identification assay PCR. Sequencing analysis amplicons allowed us verify specificity methods. Clarithromycin (10 mg kg-1 twice a day) administered ureaplasma-positive patients who presented signs RDS. 15/24 neonates (p < 0.001) 4/26 found PCR-positive parvum. Culture positive 5/50 three which analyses confirmed these Association patent ductus arteriosus ureaplasma colonization more statistically significant = 0.0004) than those Colonization lower tract particularly related routine use methods could be useful screen candidate etiologic therapy.
